HOW TO ORDER

DEPOSIT: A $2,500 (U.S. Fund) deposit is required in cash, cashiers check or money order.

LEAD TIME: A 3-6 week lead time may be necessary for a transmission to be ready for shipment. Certain times of the year are busier than others. We reserve the right to go beyond our normal lead, if necessary. Our lead time is based on the day your deposit is received. A work order is started, your transmission cannot be canceled. Deposits are non-refundable.

FINAL PAYMENT: Once your transmission is completed and ready to be shipped, you will be notified. Again, balanced payments must be made in cash, cashiers check or money order (unless previous check approval has been established)

C.O.D.: Orders are charged a $25.00 C.O.D. fee and a 2% shipper’s fee. Air freight also has a fee for C.O.D. deliveries.

SALES TAX: Tax is charged at the prevailing California Tax Rate and applies to California customers when purchasing a unit or parts in San Diego, CA.

SHIPPING: F.O.B. San Diego, CA. Unless you specify otherwise, we will use the cheapest form of transportation. Transmissions are usually shipped via air freight with the user paying the freight cost when delivered.

When ordering a transmission, we need to know your shifter location. Nine out of Ten cars use a mid-mount location, such as Camaros, Trans Ams and Mustangs. But if your engine is moved back, we can use the front mount position. So it is necessary to specify location. It is important to provide us with all the information when writing your order so that there will be no discrepancies.

WARRANTY: There is no warranty, stated or implied, due to the unusual stresses placed on performance parts and because we have no control over how the parts are installed or used.
